          Rosana Castrillo Diaz (born 1971) is a Spanish artist.

          Early life and education

          Rosana Castrillo Diaz was born in Sama de Langreo, Asturias, Spain.

          She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Complutense University of Madrid and an additional BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Rosana has a Post Bac degree from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree from Mills College.[1]

          Work

          Castrillo won the SECA Art Award from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art[2] in 2004 and Artadia Art Award[3] in 2005.

          She is represented by Anthony Meier Fine Arts in San Francisco.[4]

          Diaz produces graphite-on-paper drawings, wall relief sculptures, and installations primarily in monochromatic all-white.
